Frequently Asked Questions

1. ​How do I register for classes? 

  • To register for our online or in-person classes, please go to the: Book Now page

  • Class schedules are updated monthly, by the 25th day of each month.

 

2. What should I wear?

  • Wear something that is comfortable and easy to move around in.

  • Please do not wear socks during the practice, as these are a slipping hazard.

3. What should I bring?  

  • You will need a yoga mat for the class, and water for after the class. 

​

4. I don't have a yoga mat. What should I do? 

  • Online classes - if you don't have a yoga mat, we recommend practicing on a rug or carpet - anything that offers cushion and grip. 

  • In-person classes - we also have a limited number of yoga mats for rent for in-person classes. If you need one, please let us know prior to the class by emailing info.yogawithkriti@gmail.com.

5. I'm not flexible. Can I still join classes?

  • Yes, you can! You do not have to be flexible to join our classes. 

  • Yoga is a practice with many benefits. The asana (physical poses) practice in particular can help increase your strength, flexibility, and stamina. With time and consistency, your practice will get better!

6. How long is a yoga class? 

  • Our classes are 60 minutes (1 hour) long.
